WHAT IS VEAP
Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People was founded in 1973 when thirteen
churches in Richfield came together to help those experiencing hardships.
The
holidays are a time to celebrate tradition, new memories, and most importantly,
family. For some, however, a limited income makes for a stressful and worrisome
holiday season. Several families struggle to make ends meet and unfortunately,
celebrating the holidays is a luxury they simply can’t afford. This holiday
season, help
Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People (VEAP)
restore dignity and tradition for those families who can’t afford to on their
own. In the coming months, VEAP plans to distribute holiday meals and gifts to
over 2,500 families in the Bloomington, Richfield, and S. Minneapolis. Area.
Give a gift of benevolence and support VEAP in its efforts to ensure that
low-income families in the community have a joyful holiday season.
